Trip Costs

Option #1 Seven days, no frills, just the best local cuisine, good wines, lodging, sight-seeing daily that is truly "off the beaten track", all breakfasts, great company all at a leisurely pace. $2350 (no airfare, no airport pick up)

Option #2 Seven days with extras, including a cooking class, one other special activity, all entrance fees, special welcome dinner/wine tasting, all breakfasts, airport pick-up and 3 hours of trip planning for extended vacation (after our tour) (no airfare) $2950

Option #3 Ten day tour includes cooking classes, Italian language lessons, all entrance fees, lodging, all ground transportation, airport pick up, all breakfasts, 4 main meals, 24/7 guides, 6 hours of trip planning, (no airfare) $3650

Option #4 Specially designed trips for your business or group; retreats, family reunions, best friends, fundraising, alumni groups. We will work with your group to make a memorable event that is comfortable and easy to participate in.

Prices include: lodging, ground transportation during that period, breakfast meals, two lunches, daily guided tours, 24 hour travel support during the tour, entrance fees in Orvieto, 5 hours of trip planning guidance.

Not Included: Airfare, transportation from landing site (only not included for 7 day - #1 option), most lunches/dinners and gratuitities.

Price subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations in Europe. Ask about last minute or special organizational discounts!

Cancellation Policy:
90 days before trip date - $250 per person cancellation fee
60 days before trip date– fee of $1000 per person cancellation fee
30 days before trip date– fee of $2000 per person cancellation fee
less than 30days before trip date – No refund available Cancellation fees apply without exception for cause. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, especially trip cancellation coverage. Shop online for travel insurance at www.insuremytrip.com or go to www.travelguard.com, www.travelersmed.com.
